Filming the Forever Young 8K

Last weekend we were out in Richmond for another shooting session for The Fit Generation. With an improvised tricycle, we wanted to capture some scenes of the Forever Young 8K, a race that took place at Garry Point Park Sunday morning.

It was an important day for Gwen McFarlan, a veteran world record holder who has been trying to recover from an ankle injury since last April. Fortunately, everything went well and she crossed the finish line first in her age category.
