Winner at the Nice International Film Festival in France

I'm honoured to announce that I've just won the Best Director of a Short Documentary award from the Nice International Film Festival in France. The results were announced on May 18th in the coastal city of Nice, in the French Riviera.

My dear friend Stephan Reichmann was representing The Fit Generation during the festival. Here are photos of him receiving the trophy during the Awards Night.

This is the fifth international award that our film has won in the past year. With the festival circuit behind us, we can finally invite the public to the Canadian Premiere on the big screen.

The Fit Generation will be shown on July 7th at the Vancity Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia, in an event sponsored by Pharmacy at Safeway, The Richmond Olympic Oval, Just Like Family Homecare and Eyes Multimedia - Photography & Video Production.

There will be two screenings at 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM followed by a Q&A session with the film's crew and the star seniors featured in the film. Click here to reserve your seats and be a part of this big moment with us!
